Our people

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a Disabled People’s Organisation (DPO), many of our staff and trustees are disabled themselves or have lived experience of disability within their families.

This personal connection shapes our understanding and strengthens our commitment. We are one dedicated, professional team—working across four local authority areas—united by a shared goal: to make a real difference in the lives of disabled people.

Our collective experience and passion drive us to challenge barriers and create a more inclusive society.

Glasgow Head Office

Where our Glasgow Support and SiRD teams, Housing, Employment and Payroll are based. They provide SDS advice and support.

Lanarkshire

This team cover both North and South Lanarkshire from our Glasgow and Hamilton offices providing SDS support. This service used to be known as Take Control. Our Support in the Right Direction (SiRD) for South Lanarkshire are also based in our office here.

 This team's office is in Kirkintilloch, and they provide SDS support and advice, and SiRD services. This service used to be known as Take Control.
